  • The MSG League was an annual round-robin singles tournament that acted as a prelude to the G1 Climax concept. Throughout it's existence, the tournament was dominated by Antonio Inoki, with only one of the five installments not won by him (and he was forced out of the final that year by injury, so may have won it).
